  • The teddy bear must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags attached.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.

Process:

  • Email our customer service team at support@earbear.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Wait for instructions on how to return the item, including the return shipping address.

Refund Process

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error.
  • You will receive detailed instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Return Confirmation:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), you will receive a confirmation email.

Refund Issuance:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving and verifying the return.
  • Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
